The three-day intensive course, held from October 16–18, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain, was structured as a 2.5-day training for both doctors and nurses. The session was led by the newly appointed MMT Key Opinion Leader (KOL), Dr. José Emilio Batista, Director of the Urology Department at Teknon Medical Center in Barcelona.
Dr. Batista brings over 37 years of clinical experience and an impressive international background, including training at renowned institutions like Harvard, Los Angeles, Bristol, and Vienna. With more than 120 scientific publications, Dr. Batista is recognized globally as one of the most respected figures in functional urology.
Focus on Urodynamic Mastery
The specialized course combined in-depth theoretical foundations of urodynamics with extensive hands-on practical sessions utilizing the advanced MMT UROMIC Symphony Urodynamics device.
